BOOKING INFORMATION & ADDITIONAL CHARGES

Please review the following information prior to booking. Please let us know if you have any questions, we are happy to help!

All prices are charged per person for the full guest count. Up to 20% is required as a non-refundable deposit to secure the date/time. The deposit amount will be subtracted from the final bill. Let us know when you are ready and we will e-mail you our event agreement form to sign & submit the deposit.

Each private space requires a minimum spending amount/minimum number of people. This may vary depending on the season/availability. For reference, the typical minimums are below:
Afghan Room: 15 people
VIP Room: 15 people
Bistro: 15 people
Cottage: 35-45 people
Stage Patio: 35-45 people
Fountain Patio: 35-45 people


The specific space you have, as well as the specific table layout may not be guaranteed until 1 week prior to the event.

We require that you e-mail us with your final menu choices & final minimum headcount by no later than 2 WEEKS PRIOR to the event. This would be the minimum that we will prepare & charge for.
