All prices are charged per person for the full guest count. Up to 20% is required as a non-refundable deposit to secure the date/time. The deposit amount will be subtracted from the final bill. Let us know when you are ready and we will e-mail you our event agreement form to sign & submit the deposit.
Each private space requires a minimum spending amount/minimum number of people. This may vary depending on season/availability. For reference, these are the typical minimums:
Afghan Room: min 15 people
VIP Room: min 15 people
Bistro: min 15 people
Cottage: min 35-45 people
Stage Patio: min 35-45 people
Fountain Patio: min 35-45 people
We cannot guarantee the specific space you have, or the table layout until 1 week prior to the event.
We require that you e-mail us with your final menu choices & final minimum headcount by no later than 2 WEEKS PRIOR to the event. This would be the minimum that we will prepare & charge for.
